Owner & Chief Executive Officer
Julie is the President, CEO and Chairman of the Board for IntegriTesting. She oversees all aspects of the company’s Strategy, Business Development, Sales, Production, and Finance. When she started the company in 2005, it was out of a desire to bring a level of quality to Non-Destructive Examination that would be unsurpassed. Julie has a lifetime of experience committed to leadership and quality.
Scott Ritzheimer
Director of Strategy
Scott helps lead the company into the future of the ever-changing world of Non-Destructive Examination. As new technologies cause the industry to continually evolve, Scott is able to forecast and implement business strategies that meet the needs of customers creatively, efficiently, and on the cutting edge. He has worked in the field of NDE for over 30 years and contributes technical expertise and real-life experience with passion and energy. Earlier in his career, Scott was a Level III UT NDE in manufacturing.
Bryan Miller
Director of Production
Bryan oversees day-to-day operations for the company, reporting to the CEO. His duties include management, scheduling, and oversight of current projects and reporting. Customer satisfaction and results flow directly through the work that Bryan oversees. Bryan has been with IntegriTesting since 2008. He has served as a Level II UT NDE, CWI and also holds level II certifications in PT, MT and VT. Prior to his work with IntegriTesting he served as a Level II UT NDE and served as a welder and Level II VT, PT, MT and UT NDE in the United States Navy.
